Shipping Policy

All our products are personalised and made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

UK Delivery Standard delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch Tracked delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Please note: As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. All orders come with a digital proof for you to see your artwork before it is sent, and I will revise the art until you're happy.  Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
